We accept returns of pristine, unused items within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Bespoke commissions, Sale items, and swatch samples are non-returnable. Items must be in original packaging and free of third-party treatments (sprays/alterations). Clients are responsible for return freight, tracking, and insurance. An RMA number must be displayed on the package.
